Oct 11, 2011
I had so much fun last week with the "Genius Activation" sessions! On Friday alone I facilitated nine people. Each person was a joy to work with. And I felt totally fresh at the the end of the last call and ready for more! How does it get even better than that?
Thanks to all of you who participated this past week! I'm so grateful and inspired by your willingness to step into your greatness! To celebrate, I'm extending my offer of complimentaryhalf-hour sessions another week. If you haven't experienced a"Genius Activation" session yet and would like to, email me at rich@accesscreativepower.com before next Saturday to reserve your session.
How much more money and joy can you create with your talents and abilities?
Steve Jobs and What it Takes to Express Your Unique Genius
Steve Jobs death last week created a huge outpouring of caring and tributes. We lost a phenomenal innovator and inspiration for individual genius! Somehow we know that his death is a wake up call to not waste any more time. As Steve said:
"Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart."
You have to be willing to not only be different, you have to be willing to dominate this reality. That's actually what Steve Jobs did. He didn't try to be a nice guy like so many other business leaders in Silicon Valley. He was willing to be a tyrant in order to create the secrecy and intense aesthetic development of Apple products that have changed the lives of so many people.
It's very clear to me that no matter what is standing in our way, we all have the capacity to be a huge contribution to the world through our consciousness and our unique genius!
It may not look as big or successful as Pixar or Apple, but as Marianne Williamson says, our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, our greatest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We are powerful beyond measure!
To be the powerful genius contribution that you are, you have to be willing to not only be different, you have to be willing to dominate this reality. That's actually what Steve Jobs did. He didn't try to be a nice guy like so many other business leaders in Silicon Valley.
He was willing to be a tyrant in order to create the secrecy and intense aesthetic development of Apple technology. Yet his employees had intense loyalty to him and were inspired to create a high level of quality and aesthetic delight for customers.
What intensity of power and potency are you unwilling to be that if you would be it, you would dominate this reality? Are you ready to get out of the idea that you shouldn't dominate this reality?
If you are not willing to dominate this reality, then you cannot be the power and potency of you. You cannot be a leader of your own life. It may not always look the same you know. Different conscious leaders function differently.
But they all tend to be pretty damn intense in their own ways. Mother Teresa certainly was. Gandhi certainly was. Gary Douglas (the founder of Access Consciousness) certainly is. Even Eckhart Tolle is intense in his own way. It's not one-size-fits-all. As Osho says, in order to be a creative genius you have to function as an individual, not as a member of the mob.
In order to be a leader, you have to step out into the unknown and be unique and different. Who you truly are, no matter what that looks like. In Steve Jobs case, he looked like a tyrant. Yet his employees were intensely loyal to him and very inspired to develop Apple products as unique cutting edge elegant tools. Not knock off copies of somebody else's idea.
Intensity doesn't have to be force or judgment. Intensity is the power and potency of you. For some people it might look a lot lighter and a lot more playful than for others. Not everyone is built exactly the same. But for each of us who claims it, the lightness of being shines through you when you choose to be you.
If you would like to get a much deeper taste of your power and potency and your unique genius, reply to this email at rich@accesscreativepower.com to reserve your session. I will keep the offer open through Friday.
To your fun and expansive success!
Rich
